Meet the Team

Founder/Owner
Ryan Whitley
Ryan was born and raised on Long Island, attending Ward Melville HS where he was a 3-sport athlete with a primary focus on football. Following his passion for athletic development, he studied physical therapy and worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant before his love of sports and training led him to becoming a speed & strength trainer. At the early age of 18 he had become a Performance Coach and managed his first facility by 21. Since he began his training career in 2016, Ryan has worked with thousands of athletes in a wide variety of sports and ages. In addition, he’s a coach for the Ward Melville’s football program. Overall he leans on his wide variety of mentors that have brought him to the point he’s at which has lead to extremely diverse and “outside of the box” programing for his athletes.

Owner/Head Trainer
Jack Whitley
Jack has been a performance coach since 2018 and since then has helped to develop athletes of all ages across Long Island. Jack received his BS degree from Adelphi University in Exercise Science. He previously attended Ward Melville High school and was a three-sport athlete playing football, lacrosse, along with track and field. After suffering a major knee injury in his junior year of high school he devoted a lot of time to rehabbing and training, where he learned valuable lessons about overcoming obstacles, as well as the importance of proper training and recovery. This is apart of the knowledge he is looking forward to passing on to the athletes he trains.

Performance Coach
Connor Mooney
Connor is a graduate of SUNY Cortland, where he earned his degree in Kinesiology and played for the Cortland Football program, and apart of the 2023 National Championship team. He completed his internship with the University of Iowa Football program, where he gained hands-on experience with a top-tier Division I athletics department. With a strong background in both academic and athletic performance, Connor is passionate about helping athletes fulfill their potential and reach the next level in their sport and personal development.

Jr. Coach
Patrik Vasquez
Patrik Vasquez is a dedicated junior coach at our training facility, passionate about helping athletes reach their potential. A standout athlete, Patrick holds the title of the strongest player in Ward Melville's football program history, showcasing his commitment to excellence in both sports and academics. He is set to pursue a degree in exercise science at Springfield College, where he will also play football, graduating in 2029. We are proud to have one of our own athletes join our coaching team!
